Order policies
Read these terms before approving a design or making a payment. Each order keeps the version accepted by the customer.
1. Personalized products
Personalized items are made for each customer and are final sale, except when there is a manufacturing defect or the delivered product differs from what was approved in writing.
2. Deposits and cancellations
The deposit reserves production time and is used for design, garments, and materials. Before materials are purchased or work begins, a cancellation will be reviewed based on costs already incurred. Once order-specific materials are purchased or design or production has started, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional unused amount will be reviewed individually.
3. Customer approval
Before production, the customer must review names, spelling, dates, quantities, sizes, colors, placement, and design. Approval authorizes production. Later changes may require an additional charge and a new delivery date.
4. Sizes and color
Sizes selected by the customer cannot be exchanged after personalization. Colors may vary slightly between screens, samples, fabrics, and printing; a reasonable variation is not considered a defect.
5. Defects, production errors, and limited warranty
Visible errors or an item that differs from the approved order must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery, with the item retained and photographs provided. Customization applied by Ola Creaciones includes a 90-day limited warranty from delivery against premature peeling caused by a manufacturing defect when care instructions are followed. Normal wear, tumble drying or high heat, bleach, direct ironing, abrasion, misuse, and reactions involving customer-provided garments or items are not covered. If we confirm a covered defect, we may repair, reprint, or replace the affected portion at no charge. If no solution is possible, the appropriate refund will be reviewed.
6. Customer-provided garments or items
We will work carefully, but customer-provided materials may react unexpectedly to heat, ink, adhesive, or embroidery. Any incident will be reviewed individually.
7. Dates and delivery
The agreed date depends on the customer providing information, approving the design, and making payments on time. If an order that must be shipped cannot ship on the promised date, we will provide the revised date and legally required options.
8. Customer-provided content
The customer confirms having permission to use the names, images, logos, and trademarks requested for reproduction.
9. Communication
For any issue, the customer must contact Ola Creaciones with the order number before starting a return.

The written quote for each order controls when it includes specific terms. Nothing in this policy limits any right that cannot legally be waived.
